Founder Director: Ms. Vishakha Poundarik is a people and process-improvement HR professional with a Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology and almost eight years of experience in core HR functions including recruitment, on/off boarding, training and development at healthcare and educational institutions. She leads the strategic HR planning to meet the human capital and organizational needs of OrthoGraft.
Founder Director: Dr. Rodney Stewart, BVSc, MBA is a leading equine veterinarian specializing in high-performance race horses and sport horses and runs a private veterinary practice in Saratoga Springs, NY, USA. He has vast international experience in the field and works in multiple geographies including the Americas, Middle East and South East Asia. Rodney has a passion for innovation in orthopaedics and tissue processing and routinely employs the latest technology in his veterinary practice.
Founder and Scientific Advisor: Dr. Atharva Poundarik is a materials and biomedical engineer (B. Tech., IIT Kanpur; PhD, Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, USA). He is currently an Asst. Professor, jointly affiliated with the Center for Biomedical Engineering and Department of Metallurgical and Materials Engineering, at Indian Institute of Technology Ropar. He has worked with several clinicians in leading orthopaedic hospitals in the USA and India. He also has hands-on experience in setting up a medical textiles unit for Class A dressings, ground-up.
